La-Z-Boy Furniture

We had Anne McGinnis help us with our selection of living room and dining room furniture. She was very helpful and informative without being pushy or aggressive with us. I really felt she was working for us rather than Lazy Boy. We also had David (their home designer) come out to our home and take measurements and pictures to help us with our selection and their placements. Overall I would say we had a wonderful experience and recommend Lazy Boy to anyone looking for good quality furniture that is made for comfort and made to last.

We visited several furniture stores before we went to La-Z-Boy. My husband just couldn't find the perfect recliner. He was so excited when he called to say he found two or three great chairs and a sales person who was informative, pleasant to work with and just right. I went this afternoon with him to chose his perfect chair and we met with Dianne again and she was terrific, I have to admit. We found a chair he loves and is so excited to have it delivered next week, just in time for Christmas! We both were very impressed with the service and staff at the La-Z-Boy store. Thank you Dianne!

My experience at Lazy Boy was extremely positive! The staff who helped me was very attentive and informative. My in-Home Consultation was a great way to get some decor ideas for our space as well as ensure our prospective furniture was a good fit! I also appreciated the managers helping me to get the best deal possible!

I would like to say, I will NEVER purchase from La-Z-Boy again!! We purchased a couch and love seat from them back in October, were PROMISED we would have them before Christmas. It is now January 12th, and STILL NO COUCHES!! The owner was nice enough to loan us showroom couches, but they are not ours, and having 5 kids and two dogs, we are terrified of them using them and staining them and us being held responsible. I don't feel like we were compensated for THEIR error 😡😡😡

Bright and spacious. The staff are friendly, helpful but not in the 'stalkerish' way staff at a lot of furniture stores are. No pressure sales involved. It is pricey but you get what you pay for and their warrantee is top notch.
