I had a very bad experience with Forgali. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would do so. My main concerns with this place were that: [ ] They did not meet deadlines signed in the contract [ ] They constantly broke promises and constantly changed what they originally agreed on [ ] Their customer skills are horrendous. Staffs are rude and have an aggressive behavior. [ ] On one occasion, one staff told me to “shut up” and hung up the line on me while I was talking to them. If you like this sort of furniture, my advice is to contact Titus Furniture Ltd in Toronto. Titus is the factory that makes these furniture and places like Forgali sells it. Avoid Forgali at all costs, they are the worst. Contact their suppliers (Titus) and avoid dealing with such a rude and disrespectful company.

We had moved into a new home and furnished the whole house with furniture from Forgali. The furniture was great quality, modern and a lot was custom made to our specifications. The staff was also incredible, especially Cathy, she went above and beyond to help us out by making great suggestions and made the whole process smooth for us. She even helped us decide how to position our furniture with a designer eye. Even when we got the delivery, the third party vendor they use was professional and we had no issues. Thank you guys for all you've done. We would definitely recommend Forgali for anyone looking for good quality furniture!

I recently purchased a bedroom set for my daughter and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I received a high quality set, at a great price, with tremendous customer service. The staff at Forgali were so helpful, kind, and honest. Everything from purchase to delivery to install went very smoothly. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Maxtrix bunk bed for my kids 2 months ago. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We received the bunk bed and assembled it over the weekend and we're very happy with the general experience. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for quality bunk beds to go there.
