Hello DOT Furniture, We are writing to commend the sales team at your Mississauga branch on Dundas St who helped us with our recent purchase (on Nov 26, 2017) of a patio furniture set + accessories. At our initial scouting visit (a few weeks prior to the purchase) Irina took us through the options available for our quite specific needs and left us with complete information and pricing. We had been to a number of different suppliers / retailers, so when we returned during the Black Friday event, DOT was one of 2 retailers on our shortlist. Sara stepped up admirably on this occasion, helping us with selecting style and colour options to suit our needs. Sara has a great eye to bring together colours, fabrics and tie in the accessories. She gave us the time and space needed to make the decision and we left with a great deal of confidence in our purchase. The delivery schedule to our residence also worked out just great - we were informed a day earlier of the time window and the guys arrived as agreed, very efficiently unpacking and clearing up. We are very apppreciated to your mississauga D.O.T. Store for helping us to acquire our outdoor furniture we were really looking for for years. Finally we got our furniture by the advice from manager Irina and assistant manager Sara. Surprisingly nice DOT. Better selection and quality than I remember from other DOTs. Prices still good.

Items can be as expensive especially patio furniture and especially in season as all the other similar places. So, nothing special about that. You can still get some good deals on floor models or inventory clearing. Now they have a crazy variety of Halloween costumes and accessories.
