Store experience was great. However the delivery is just the unimaginable pain.They book the time, then they postpone it twice and finally they simply don't show up. Living in a condo had to book the elevator 3 times and still nothing is delivered. When I call them to complain, the person on the phone tells me "You can go ahead and cancel it". Seriously? Well, I will. This was my first and last time dealing with you guys.

I was greeted by Roweida Kawas as i entered the premises. I explained to her the many furniture items i was looking for. I presented her with a list of the furniture items. She proceed by showing me the furniture items and asking questions to get a better idea of my likes, dislikes, gave feedback and better options to meet my needs. She listened attentively, courteous, friendly and pleasant. She got the store manager involved in clarifying answers and best options for my needs. The manager was courteous and friendly as well as services desk staff. Thank you to all. I will be recommending to family and friends the Ashley HomeStore, 5900 Mavis Rd #2, Mississauga, ON L5V 0B5.

The most horrible experience I have ever had as a customer in my life. I spent hours on the phone to their customer service line over multiple calls - each time I was told a new set of lies. They delivered a faulty product to us and wanted us to wait 7 weeks for correction while we slept on a mattress on the floor. They do not respect their customers. Once they have your money, do not expect anything from them. One of the options to me was to return the product but I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee to them for the pleasure of returning THEIR faulty product. It deeply troubles me that this store has a single cent of my hard earned money. If you want any client appreciation, service or quality goods, do not go near this store.

The Sales Manager ( Noor) such a great very professional person & Sandeep the sales man was great very patient person. They exceed our expectations Amazing service we got in Heartland branch. Definitely will Shop over there again .....

Had a good experience shopping for furniture. The sales representative was not pushy and was helpful. However, I do not recommend the credit service offered by their partner, Fairstone. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of dealing with the Fairstone customer service support who also did not allow me to speak to a manager. Recommend staying away from their finance.
