Just bought another nice guitar and the service was great! The factory setup was good, but L&M will do a free one and I took advantage of that to get the action just right. Enter technician, Kelvin Henderson! Easy to talk to and knowledgable. I have ALL the tools to do my own setups and all the course, but Kevin surpassed my knowledge. Fast, polite and responsive. I've shopped for a lot of small stuff ... tubes for my amp, strings etc and have always been pleased to find L&M handy and helpful. I recently bought a Simon & Patrick Woodland Cedar guitar. Lovely instrument, poor man's Martin, but most of the guitars in the acoustic room had been played to the extent that the strings were tarnished and dead . This makes it difficult to fairly evaluate a potential purchase. The guitar I bought had been on the top rack and was not as bad as most but even so, it needed new strings. The their credit L&M gave me a set of strings with my purchase. Thank you.

Update: After meticulous web research I found my perfect Martin Acoustic-and went once again to BRON DIEDRICH and we found the exact model that just came in- but it get's better, I financed it with their own one-page In-House Lending App and I own it for 74 bucks a month with 10% down. Sweet. Try that sometime! KELVIN HENDERSON is a super-friendly guy who does the tech and setups. KELVIN knows his stuff and improved my other guitars from a botched job by someone else. OK- Here is my *ORIGINAL REVIEW* - I moved from LA where my music source was the Sunset Blvd Guitar Center. They're hard to beat. But it happened and I was knocked out by the service and sales staff when I purchased a Gallien-Krueger 1001RB-II. Sales rep, BRON DIEDRICH handled all my finicky details -with ease and with considerable knowledge. Thank you, BRON. (and tech guru KELVIN HENDERSON )

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I had to this time. Kurt offers the best customer service. I am thrilled with his knowledge, approach and simply care to every detail. He recommended me a guitar and I am very happy with it. I bought the amp that he suggested as well and after checking online reviews it was definitely a hands down best amp I could get. Because of people like Kurt I want to come back to the store and shop more. Very honest, straightforward, skilled, knowledgeable guy who makes your shopping experience easy and worry free. He knows what he is talking about. Just follow his advice and you won't regret. Highly recommended. Very pleased! Thank you!

My son has been taking vocal lessons with Miss Karen for over a year now and really loves it. Nice teachers, nice environment always tidy and professional. We enjoy coming here every Saturday!
