Stittsville Home Hardware Building Centre

Above and beyond. Never really shopped a home hardware before but had a few Adirondack chairs w/beer holders and a pole saw on sale.great deal! But the staff at the stittsville store were incredible! It will definitely be my go to store. Not just my dad's store anymore!

I've always tried to give my business to local ownership, but after been here 3x the past few months I will not be coming back. I've been frustrated each time because of sale items not in stock, plastic tubing not available cut to size and I needed 2 keys to be cut, but not available. Sadly, had to drive down the street to a bigger box store to get items filled. Nice staff, but limited stocked items.

If you are looking for any item on sale at the flyer, I don't know what's wrong with them????!!! every time I ask for something on sale they say we don't have it .. don't go to this location.. I don't recommend it.

The employees in the garden centre are rude, especially the young kid. I am done spending any money at Home Hardware. I have never been insulted so badly by employees in my life. After the employees insulted me they laughed at me for no apparent reason. Even when I was driving my bike by their store they were hollering out ignorant insults. After I had contacted the young kids manager, “Marc”. This is insane! I don’t feel comfortable driving on Hazeldean anymore due to this. They make me feel very uncomfortable. I’ll shop at Rona rather than deal with children at Home Hardware. Get better employees!

Sharon helped me in the paint centre. I was going with a different type of stain for my deck, she taught me how to prepare the deck. I was also sent home with homework before I chose a product to paint my garage door. I appreciated her knowledge and taking the time to explain everything to me. Home Hardware should be very proud to have Sharon working for them. Thankyou so much Sharon!
