I had a very disappointing experience at Staples today while trying to drop off a parcel in the evening. Despite waiting in a long line for over an hour and a half, I was not attended to. What made it worse was the behavior of an employee named Prabh, who rudely told me to leave without any service. It felt extremely unfair and discriminatory, especially since I was told this at closing time instead of being informed earlier. As an Indian customer, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. This is not how customers should be treated, regardless of the time or situation. Very unprofessional and upsetting experience.

I initially had a very frustrating experience with my XP 4200 printer purchase and the extended warranty. When I encountered an issue with the printer, customer service told me I could do a direct exchange, but the store refused to honor it and sent me on a wild goose chase with numbers to call, one of which led to a department that was closed. It was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.nnHowever, after posting my review, the manager reached out and went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. I really appreciate the effort they made to make things right. It's good to know they value their customers and are willing to take responsibility when something goes wrong. Thank you for turning a bad experience into a positive one. This is what customer service is about. Great job and means alot.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T HAVE UR PHOTOS TAKEN HERE, I waited for 45 mins, I came first as compared to 80% of parcel customers, I was asked to wait at the side but never got my photo taken, they obviously prioritize the parcels customers more, they don't have anyone designated to do the photo and printing services, I walked out of the store not being able to have my photo taken and wasted an hour of my time there is just terrible and disappointing, pls do better staples sarnia.

I came in this store to get supplies. I'm an educator and a mom. I had to bring my 8 month old in the store with me today. I was disappointed to find only one shipping cart available and the safety belt was broken. The store was hard to maneuver through while I used one hand to drive the cart and the other to keep my son stable in the seat. The area to get to the cash register is overly crowded with displays.There's a way to display Christmas items without creating a hazard to walk through.
