I stopped going here.. I use to always go here until every visit ended up to be the same.. I would have a question and I'd keep getting passed off to another employee 3-4 times before anyone would have an answer.. this started to happen eveytime. The employees should be trained in their dept before set out on the floor.

This seems to be a poorly run location. Most times you can't get anyone to help you, and no one shows up despite repeated pages from customer service. Tonight was just one of many disappointing visits. But at least it saved me from spending a bundle of money on new patio furniture. Go to the Rona down the street instead. Much better service, and far better seasonal sales.

Store has the probably the worst customer service in Sarnia. Have now called 14 times over the last 4hrs and not one answer. After waiting 20mins on hold still nothing so I called a different department, only for them to transfer me to the department I just called and have me wait another 20mins on hold before hanging up again. Lowes from now on, would suggest everyone to do the same
