Koodo Mobile

My Motorola phone was under warranty and visited the store in the mall. I was nervous how this procedure would go (my wife iPhone broke a few months ago with another carrier and took 3 months to get resolved) and I couldn't believe how easy and painless this process was. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had the phone back in under a week and they helped me transfer all my data back onto my original phone.

Short staffed kiosk. One of the guy was literally inexperienced in handling the customers and around the system. Kept telling people I'm working on something. Other guy was fine but occupied more obviously.

We had a great experience today at the Koodo Kiosk in the Lambton Mall Sarnia On. My son dropped his phone a week ago and we decided to go see if he could get an up grade and transfer his 106 $ tab and add a new phone to his tab, the employee's name was Ashlee and she was EXCELLENT at her job, fast and she knew her stuff. She got him all set up with his new phone and even transferred all his contacts to his phone for him. I normally don't like doing this kind of business because it usually takes to long or people don't know their jobs, but Ashlee was wonderful, thank you to her for a great experience :) Great Job!
