The after sales service is very poor. For delivery I had asked for something later in the day as that is when my wife and I are finished work. The delivery driver called me and said it would be noon-3. If no one was home they would not leave it on my back deck. I called the store and they were not able to switch my delivery to last one of the day. I really felt that they were not seeing what the customer needed, they just continued on with their daily deliveries and if they missed one oh well. Sad, because the last time I purchased from them it was great service all around.

I had an excellent experience buying a mattress, box spring and bed frame here. Monika (I believe was her name) was very helpful, not pushy and knew exactly what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in helping me choose the best option for me! Highly recommend this location.
