I was assisted by Devon in the Mobile Centre on New Year’s Eve and received excellent customer service. Devon helped me pick out the proper glass protector for my new phone and applied it in-store quickly and made sure there was no air bubbles. I enjoyed the friendly conversation, and would definitely recommend my friends visit Best Buy based on my last experience.Thank you Devon!

I just wanted to give a shout out to one of your employees! Once again I got exceptional customer service from one of your employees at the geek squad counter…..because of him when I come back from holidays I will be in to purchase new ipad/keyboard and annual service…..Erick was extremely polite, helpful, patient and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been in customer service most of my life and it’s nice to see good service still exists…..thank you Erick!!!! :

I placed an online order for a colored ink cartridge to pick up in store later that day. We picked it up, brought it home, and I got 2 prints out of it before I was no longer getting color because the cartridge and my printer both registered it as empty. I called, went in and they exchanged it. Said if it happens again it's likely my printer.. well it happened with the second one and I have 3 of the same printers and all 3 register this cartridge as empty. The person I spoke with at the store insists their is nothing they can do. Basically implied either I was doing something wrong or it was all 3 of my printers. While 34 bucks doesn't seem like much, it certainly is a lot to waste because they refuse to rectify a bad batch of cartridges.

One fellow at the geek counter working with a client. Other geek techs walking by, letting the poor bugger at the counter do his thing. Walked past by geek techs three times while waiting politely. Gave up and left only to spot the other geeks hanging around the store staring at the lights or something by themselves as I exited, not even engaged with someone else. I want an old school mom & pop computer shop. Getting ignored. So much fun. Wish there was a zero star option, because I certainly got nothing.

I went into best buy today to get a new charging cable for my phone, and it was pretty easy and convenient to find what I was looking for. Dan with the beard helped me out today, he provided exceptional customer service, and was very friendly. Dan was able to test my cable I brought in, and then recommended a great product that I'm very happy with.nnHighly recommend Dan if you're at this location and need a helping hand.
