Good service and high quality furniture. Sales people weren't pushy and spent a lot of time with us to help choose the best couch for us. Would recommend, especially during their sales.

We shopped at Lazy-boy because we wanted a chair that would last, La-Z-Boy Furniture had always had a good reputation. We purchased a Love seat double recliner as well as 3 rocker recliners and, just in case, purchased the extra 10 year warranty. within 6 months we were having trouble with the quality of the leather. Their repair man came out and replaced some parts. within the year they had to come out again and replace more of the leather. Now 4 years into our warranty, we have had it with the poor quality, there are holes in the leather where our heads sit. We phoned the repair man, he said they quit using the leather and could not replace it anymore. We talked to the manager, who said the warranty would not cover holes in the leather from wear. We are on our own, the 10 year warranty, we paid for, is of no use. All I can say is La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries does not carry the standard of furniture they used to and DO NOT PURCHASE, EVEN WITH THE WARRANTY. It is buyer beware, as when you have handed over the money, they are done with you.

Service was good and quite friendly, they seem to be genuinely honest. I hope they continue to treat their customers with dignity. Good quality furniture that will last many, many years. Worth the price.

Great sales staff friendly ( Elizabeth) and very professional and patient. Delivery was today right at the time quoted by staff. The delivery guys were very professional and courteous.
