Staples

I visited staples to use their shipping services. The line was pretty short and they helped me out. The store is quite large and has all the typical sections you would have in a staples store. I generally prefer shopping at other stores due to cheaper prices but the store was well light and clean. I checked the electronics section as well, there were a limited amount of windows laptops on display.

Edit 2: I received an email from staples indicating my package has arrived. I go into staples, no indication anywhere of a package on their system. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere. This would be comedic if it wasn't so sad. My order placed nearly a month ago is now lost. Top it all off, it is now sold out everywhere else.nnEdit: Despite the response from the review, they have no replied to my email. Can't go below 1 star review unfortunatelynnBought a product online, to be shipped to my residence. I wait 2+ weeks with no updates, tracking says it's in the delivery process. I email customer support, I eventually get a response saying shipping was attempted, despite no indication of such. It is still staples responsibility to ensure the courier they have a contract with us adequate. I figure whatever I'll go staples. I arrive there just to be told that it was sent back. No email notification, no calls, no nothing.

Excellent service for dumb questions. Patty was sensational. I had mixed color throughput documents but I wanted just black and white. Much cheaper. She quickly scooched over and set me up. Then I needed big staples. She was on it. Patty totally looked after me.

Update: I also emailed the email they just provided in the response to my review OVER A MONTH AGO, they asked for my phone number just recently and never contacted me. Stop sending automated responses to look responsible when you're not.nCustomer service here is extremely disappointing. I had a very negative experience with an employee James and followed up by emailing the store manager, but never received any response. I have spent a significant amount of money at this location simply because it is the closest to me, however the lack of professionalism and accountability has made me decide to take my business elsewhere in the future.

I want to give a huge thank-you to Mahmud at Staples for his exceptional help. I came in needing an iPhone without a phone plan which can be confusing!, and situations like this tend to stress me out a lot. But Mahmud was absolutely wonderful.nnHe was patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding, and he took the time to explain which iPhone would work best for my needs. He never rushed me or made me feel silly for asking questions. His calm, helpful manner made the entire process simple and comfortable.nnI’m so grateful for the excellent service and kindness. Mahmud made a stressful task feel easy!
