Nice office supplies store. The store is well stocked and has any of the home or office supplies you would need. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store. Staples is the largest office supply store in the world. Great store and my wife and I will come again

I'd just like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Carol! She helped me today track down a really small and to most people seemingly meaning less item. Literally just a black pen from a specific brand I love. She just absolutely went above and beyond on this, and I just truly appreciate it the way she handled it! Thank you Carol

I bought the Jlab GO Air POP earbuds at the Unity Square location in Edmonton. After getting them I realized they can't be turned on without the case. Huge disadvantage. When I tried to return them, the Staples sales guy - a shift manager by the name of Rob, I believe - was very rude, saying I just didn't know how to work the earbuds. But after he tried it himself and realized I was right, all he was willing to do - without apologizing, of course - was to replace the defective earbuds with another set of the same model, which were defective in the exact same way. As much as I like being gaslighted by Staples employees, I don't think I'll be returning to that store.

One of the workers in the tech section was extremely unopen in answering basic questions. He was also extremely condescending even though I asked 2 questions about an item. I never felt worse paying $167 for something in my life. At least his coworker was much nicer which is why I give this place a 2 star instead of a 1 star.

Hello I was recently at your returns/ shipping department and I was so happy with Preeti’s customer service towards my returns and was beyond helpful and so willing to help me as I was not sure what I was doing with an Amazon return . She was patient and so helpful . Wow very hard to find great service like this anywhere these days and I do have to say that anytime I am in this staples store everyone seems to be helpful and friendly . I applause you thanks so very much as times have changed but you have outstanding staff !
