Nice office supplies store. The store is well stocked and has any of the home or office supplies you would need. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store. Staples is the largest office supply store in the world. Great store and my wife and I will come again

I'd just like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Carol! She helped me today track down a really small and to most people seemingly meaning less item. Literally just a black pen from a specific brand I love. She just absolutely went above and beyond on this, and I just truly appreciate it the way she handled it! Thank you Carol

Poor customer service. I asked politely if I could get a price check on one of the highlighters I was interested as the price was not posted. The associate by the name of “Carol” was very rude. She replied to my question with a disgust in her tone and had said “well give me one so I can check the price” never have I ever received such poor attitude from an employee like this. To make it even worse she’s apparently the manager at this location. I’m thinking Carol needs to find a new career where she isn’t surrounded by customers, just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t give you the right to be nasty to others. Do you self a favour and steer clear of Carol. Everyone else there was pleasant except Carol.

I bought the Jlab GO Air POP earbuds at the Unity Square location in Edmonton. After getting them I realized they can't be turned on without the case. Huge disadvantage. When I tried to return them, the Staples sales guy - a shift manager by the name of Rob, I believe - was very rude, saying I just didn't know how to work the earbuds. But after he tried it himself and realized I was right, all he was willing to do - without apologizing, of course - was to replace the defective earbuds with another set of the same model, which were defective in the exact same way. As much as I like being gaslighted by Staples employees, I don't think I'll be returning to that store.

Someone needs to have a little chat with Rob the manager in regards to his customer service skills when dealing with the public!! Absolutely horrifying the way he talks to people asking questions about returns and printing... The way he makes you feel dumb and the way he raises his voice in an aggressive manner is ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR!! Way to celebrate National Womans Day huh Rob?!? Maybe next time you'll check your tone and deliverance when addressing a customer simply asking questions on how to do an exchange!! Don't worry Rob!! I figured it out on my own and made my much long put off Temu returns... No thanks to you!! I hope you do better and you go to therapy, or something... In the very least, learn how to talk to people in high stress situations!! I can't believe you're the manager treating people this way... If you can treat and talk to a customer in that manner i can't imagine the way you treat your staff in private... Bro needs a few lessons on how to become Sir
