I use this location to place delivery orders, rather than going in person, so that'll be the main focus of my review. I've had issues with placing orders on the website, but Tate has been extremely helpful in resolving those issues. I feel like he goes above and beyond whenever I've needed help with an order. He's polite and empathetic, he looks into solutions proactively, he's transparent about what's happening on the store's end, and in the end he's able to fix my problems with my orders. Definitely a stand out employee and he's saved me a lot of frustration and headache.

I would like to thank Tate and Caitlyn for a supreme service with a smile. They have opened my eyes to the world of marajuana and how it helps with my chronic pain issues. I'm on holiday herd from Australia and they and the shop had made my trip so memorable !!! Cheers guys love Dizzy from Oz

Horrible staff on 124 st location .Don't know anything about products they are selling. Also they have a tendency to overcharge. Beware of this store. The guy with glasses and long hair is pretty slow to react and think.

I should have listened to other reviews; just like other reviews after wasting 20-30min of my time looking for the specific banger/product I needed they couldn’t sell it to me the banger piece because I wasn’t an “elite member” after wasting 20-30 min of my time looking for it once they found it they said I had to become an elite member.. Bad business practices. Won’t be returning. I’ll stick to the family owned down the street.

I haven’t had any issues here the few times I’ve come in the past, but it’s extremely disrespectful when you’re patiently waiting your turn and the two employees are oblivious to the point that they can’t keep track of who’s turn it is next and just jump to serving the first person in their immediate vicinity.nnThis was only made worse when I advised the employee that I had actually been skipped and the only response I could get was a dumbfounded look. Not impressed.
