Tam is a great manager. Don't listen to people just being negative- I've never had a bad experience here. The ladies are all sweet and helpful. My hubs surprised me with a personalized bag which he just walked in and the ladies helped him with. I've done returns and exchanges before with no issues. I've also paid for a repair here and it was all fine. They even let my little daughter try on a small bag- meanwhile coach at west ed had armed guards at the doors staring at my child lol Bottom line, save up & go to lv. It's worth it

Staff here are nice because they want to sell and earn commission but if you have any issues with your purchase management are useless. They just don’t care.

Great service! The girls are very nice and personable. Definitively one of the best LV store I have ever been (better than the Montreal and Paris one)

LV supports the killing and suffering of animals for their skins. Look at the latest investigation into crocodiles raised and killed for their skin for pathetic purses. LV STOP killing animals. There are all sorts of plant based leathers and great faux furs.
