Kingsway Bench is the best!! I have never had such wonderful service... EVER! I came in looking to purchase a new winter jacket and was immediately assisted by Alana. She was a total sweet heart and spent almost an hour helping me try on and find the perfect jacket for me and my lifestyle. Not only was the service great but the store was immaculate, every item was neatly folded and organized and everything was dusted perfectly. Definitely would recommend Bench @ Kingsway Mall!!

The store was clean and the employees were more than willing to help. Had a pretty great experience!

I wish I could give a negative rating. I went today to exchange stuff I had bought for my wife for her birthday. On the receipt it was mentioned that I could exchange before Jan 31 and the customer service girl was one not welcoming and second she said I could not exchange the items as I had bought it during the holiday season. I showed her on the receipt that I could exchange it as the receipt said “exchange only” but she was adamant but had later accepted that we could exchange. Me and my wife decided to leave from there to try other bench store as she was making us very uncomfortable.
