Staff are really friendly. The manager price matched a pair of mitts that another store was offering for half their price. No hassle, I just showed him the website on my phone. They have quite a selection of bags here as well - I managed to get a high end backpack on clearance and it's barely showing any wear after everyday use for 3 years! They do have a fair selection of outerwear, but it's on the pricy side. They have a cool climbing wall but unfortunately it's been permanently closed.
