I called back about my order delivery & talked to a female customer service staff today, April 17th 2018 around 6.30 pm & she was very rude. When I complained & said I wanted to talk to someone else. Rather than apologize or amend her communication style, she confidently told me she's the only 1 at the store, told me a flat "Thank you" & hanged up. It sucks because I really spent time at the store & made an incredible choice. Quincy was great throughout. I work with a nonprofit (with people in need) everyday. I've talked to extremely difficult people & always maintain a respectful & kind tone with them for even free services we're giving. Talking to a paying customer like they're irrelevant is unprofessional. I'm calling back to cancel the order & get my money back!

I enjoyed the moment I spent here. The sales reps were great. I dealt more with Salman. He was wonderful. However, all these memories were cut short because of the delivery/installer. His name is Jason. He is the most rude human being I have ever met. He installed the appliances wrongly and rushed to his car. The person he found at home talked to him about it, he kept yelling at her. I was at work, so this person he found home called me to inform me about what was happening, the guy yelled at me too, telling me on phone that "My name is Jason" I will not do anything else, I have done this job for 4 years and if you want, then report me to the Office" When I got home , I realised that the installation was so poor. I am normally not the person who gives bad reviews. However, the Brick needs to know that besides the wonderful work the sales people are doing in the stores, such people as Jason are out there killing their business and if they will do good sales but send Jason type to install and face customers, then their hard work will be in vein over time.

0 stars me and my boyfriend go in and are looking for tables for our new house we are completely ignored by sales people because of how young we are (18&20) find a table we want to buy walk up to a sales person and ask “about the table” she walks right by us worst customer service ever so rude! Never coming back

I bought a lot of furniture this summer , for all a really good price , only complaint was the price for them to deliver it lol kinda expensive imo . But other then that wonderful experience, I can't remember the lady that helped us find some good quality cheaper items I wanna say her name was barb but I'm not for sure lol
