Delta Art and Drafting Supplies

I recently discovered Delta in my search for Caran D’ache neocolor II water soluble crayons. Decided to visit and check the store out and was thoroughly pleased with the extensive products throughout the store. I also found these sketchbooks I had seen on YouTube, but were priced for $15-20 on Amazon, and they were available for under just under $8! They are having their winter sale right now, so definitely snag some deals if you’re in need of supplies. The store does look like it’s still getting set up as not all prices are shown and some areas are in process of being stocked minimal, but they have a price scanner near the front, and all employees I spoke with are super friendly and helpful.nnParking is angled at the front of the store and also available around the block.nnThe only drawback for me is the limited selection of fountain pen inks - the only inventory available that I saw were Monteverde sp? and Octopus Inks latter which I love. Hoping they carry more overtime.nnGreat experience, selection and prices!

Ordering materials online from Delta Art and Drafting Supplies is very disappointing and frustrating. I ordered an acrylic medium and waited at least a couple of weeks for a package in the mail. I then phoned and was told that the product was no longer available. Why didn't they notify me by email or phone? I later ordered another product and waited several days. I phoned and was told that the product was back ordered. Why didn't they let me know? I recently tried to make an online purchase, but my order didn't go through. I phoned and was told that somebody would get back to me to complete the order. I'm still waiting for a phone call. Fortunately, I found other reliable art suppliers in Calgary and Toronto. I give up on Delta Art and Drafting Supplies.

My ultimate favourite art store. A huge selection and awesome prices. They always carry everything I need and more, supplies that I didn't even know existed. Great staff too.

One of the best art stores I’ve been into here in Edmonton. Took my artist to this store to grab some imperative and crucial art supplies. Which was apparently hard to find in the city here, we had tried and called a bunch of other art stores in the area but to no avail were we successfully.nnUntil we phoned in to this art store, the woman on the phone answered all our questions and took the time to gather the supplies which we needed. She also kept them aside for us for when we were ready to come in and pick them up.nnWas very impressed by the service and the store overall.

Even though I live in Quebec, I order my art supplies from Delta. They go over and beyond in customer service! I have to pay shipping but their prices are competitive or better than here and I save Provincial tax. Highly recomend!
