The photography viewpoint on the top of the parkade was designed by security people not a photographer. It is completely fenced in with no clear views of the city. Do not waste your time.

I paid for overnight payment and still got Ticket. How the take camera when you go out is sucks. Worst and bias! Money grabber parking lot!
Unnecessarily confusing parkade. Elevator is down with no signage and it is impossible to get to your car without trekking across the entire building. Stairs that lead to first level but not up to third level. Makes no sense at all
