St. Vincent's Hospital Langara

Building a bit old but very caring staff and my mom was always busy with activities. Lots of entertainment in an open atrium and nice outdoor garden that was decorated so well with lights during Christmas. Mom was in a room with 4 but it made her never feel lonely. They decorate so much for every holiday so even with dementia she always knew what was going on.

Try to call them couple time, it's put it on hold and hung up with out notice

The facility is old, but the staff is caring, and they managed to keep Covid away from all the residents at the peak of the pandemic. My family received good care overall.

Langara is a beautiful facility, it has a huge atrium upon entrance, amazing staff and a lovely garden! They have fun events and programs for the residents as well and amazing care!

Old and run down. Once you enter the building, it smells like human excretement. I don't think the building has proper ventilation. Poorly managed by the site leader and only wants your money. Go anywhere but here.
