Great experience here! Came here to pick up a prime rib for a holiday dinner. The staff are extremely helpful and super friendly. They cut/tied my prime rib and also offered to vacuum seal it. When I told them I was going to do a dry brine, the butcher even gave me tips on how long to brine for. Prices are very affordable and the clientele that shops there are very orderly in queueing up.nnThey offer a variety of condiments and other items for sale as well. Will definitely be coming back to pick up a tomahawk steak next time!
