Columbus Meat Market

Visited for the first time today as I wanted to try a different butcher shop than where I usually go. After stopping in today, I think this is where I will be doing my shopping from now on. The fact that it is relatively busy on a Thursday at 1:30pm tells me about all I need to. The selection of meats was fantastic. The man behind the counter that served me was very friendly, knowledgeable and despite it being busy, didn't make it feel like he was rushing me.nAt the checkout I decided to try one of their sandwiches. It was absolutely fantastic. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice.

I just went for a sandwich, and it was one of the better ones I’ve had in Vancouver. I had the Giancarlo. The bread, prosciutto crudo and mozza were all excellent quality and not overly-salted like most places. The basil and balsamic lent a delightful and slightly sweet flavor.nnLots of cool condiments and an amazing selection of meats but not deli meats.

Italian Sausages anyone !! One can try all the competitors but only one some place stands out for the best Italian Sausages in town and that’s Columbus Meats !! From the moment you walk in to this shop to the moment you walk out of this shop the customer service is amazing , the meat selection is crazy but most of all the cleanliness is outstanding. Don’t take my word for it … but you need to check this place out if you haven’t. Thanks for a great dinner selection tonite.

I like this place They have pretty reasonable prices seems fresh. However, I will note that I did get one pound of ground beef that they have at the front of the store.And when I went home to cook it like three cups of liquid came out of the beef.So i'm not sure if they inject the beef with liquid, or maybe it was just like a super fatty cut.But i've never had meat like that

My wife has been raving about Columbus Meat for a few weeks since coming here. Ive been enjoying what she has brought home so decided to come check it out for myself!nnShe said its usually packed with people inside and no parking outside, wait is about 30min to purchase. Lucky for us today its not busy. The staff are fun and so friendly, very warm and welcoming
