I would like to say a big thank you to Lindsay Barton, one of the nurses at the clinic, who took care of me when I fainted post-visit. Her professionalism along with all the staff members was admirable, and I absolutely respected her manner of care and kind understanding. She really embodied the value of healthcare. Thank you very much!

Everyone is very friendly here. Doctor, nurse, pharmacist, they all show caring and professionalism. Would like to thank all to keep our province safe.

I want to thank and express my gratitude to all doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and all the office staff at this center for their professionalism and care. They provided ample information and were great at explaining the treatment process. They answered all my questions and concerns about the prescribed medications. They also allowed suitable time schedules for my appointments. Also, my special thanks to Marina, Doreen, Alicia, as well as the rest of the personnel at this center for their kind and friendly attitude.

When I was in the waiting room, a patient was complaining about a long wait time. The woman at the front desk was so patient and understanding, and explained all the options and did everything she could to validate their complaints without talking down to them or making them feel bad.nnAs for my own appointment, Marina was the friendliest doctor/NP I have ever met in my life. She explains things so patiently and in good spirit too, I felt good talking to her. The pharmacist and nurse I talked to was also so nice!nnI imagine people that come here are very concerned about their health, and I felt that all the staff really care and that makes all the difference. Thank you!

I visited for PAP test, I had never had good experience at a clinic in Vancouver so far but the nurse was very very kind and helpful this time. Holly was amazing, thank you so much
