English Bay Beach

Visited English Bay Beach and had a really great experience. The beach is very clean and well-maintained, which makes it perfect for a relaxing day out. It’s an ideal spot during the summer, great for picnics, hanging out with friends, or just enjoying the view.nnYou can also rent bicycles nearby and ride along the seawall, which adds to the whole experience. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable place to spend some time outdoors.

A beautiful beach right nearby some well known restaurants, some more unique ones, a dispo, and lots of other places in walking distance probably some shopping too. Pretty beautiful sand for B.C. I must say. We went on a random weekday in April or May and the vibe was super chill, nice social people like strangers who invited us to play spike ball I think? We tried a nearby dumpling place called Momo it was delicious and there’s a Cactus Club right by the water that would be a nice time too.

As someone who loves the beach, English Bay is a place I’d always want to be close to. It’s very peaceful and has a beautiful view. There are also nearby bus options that can take you to a SkyTrain station afterward. The only problem is the birds that try to steal your food, so stay alert, you don’t want to lose anything to them, right? Lol

On Saturday, after the Iranian rally, I went to English Bay to enjoy the sunny day. One thing I appreciate about Vancouver is that the ground is as clean as the air; there is no air pollution. Suddenly, I saw a line of Canadian police riding horses in front of the Inukshuk statue, which is the symbol of the Winter Olympics. It was a great view and an amazing scene.

The recent storms have made our evening 10k walk interesting with all the boats washed ashore. The seasonal lights are beautiful, and also help with seeing after dark.
