Nice building, kind staff, but the system is broken. Second visit here for scheduled appointment and x-rays and I'm not sure how they manage scheduling. My mom had an ortho appointment scheduled for 2pm, we finished x-rays by 1:45pm and we have been waiting for two hours in the lobby since. Last time it took 3 hours, and we never even saw the doctor, just a nurse. Why not just give me a later appointment time?
The receptionist showed compassion and kindness! They returned my voicemail in a timely manner. My father has a colonoscopy scheduled this Saturday. We hope the procedure goes smoothly.
Every time I have gone here, I have had nothing but professional kind, and caring on time service. The team members have always been very accommodating and they really care about you. Yes I had to wait a few minutes here and there but nothing major. Two thumbs up.
After two month of follow up with Dr McFadden’s receptionist to know about my radiology result. They scheduled a phone appointment and they didn’t call me. This is really disappointing and disrespectful to the patient’s time.
Beautiful and clean building. Great outpatient services..awesome surgeons and specialists. Has sushi, Salad Loop and a cafe with a variety of scrumptious food. Parking is the typical cost for Vancouver.
