Gordon and Leslie Diamond Health Care Centre

As a person with mobility and medical issues, this building is terrible. There’s not a chair in the place that’s high enough to get in and out of, and no washrooms that I can use with my husband’s assistance. Also, the “disabled” toilet is far too low. Very disappointing for a medical facility. On the positive side, the people who work there have been amazing.

Beautiful and clean building. Great outpatient services..awesome surgeons and specialists. Has sushi, Salad Loop and a cafe with a variety of scrumptious food. Parking is the typical cost for Vancouver.

Every time I have gone here, I have had nothing but professional kind, and caring on time service. The team members have always been very accommodating and they really care about you. Yes I had to wait a few minutes here and there but nothing major. Two thumbs up.

Nice building, kind staff, but the system is broken. Second visit here for scheduled appointment and x-rays and I'm not sure how they manage scheduling. My mom had an ortho appointment scheduled for 2pm, we finished x-rays by 1:45pm and we have been waiting for two hours in the lobby since. Last time it took 3 hours, and we never even saw the doctor, just a nurse. Why not just give me a later appointment time?

Beautiful medical services wing of Vancouver General Hospital. Drug store and restaurants in lobby. Paid parking or metered and free street parking nearby.
