I had an appointment for cortisone shot on my finger and found the clinic's to be well signed, so I didn't get lost nThe staff are very kind and I got through quickly. Dr. Teshima was wonderful, very attentive and thorough. I went back 6 weeks later for a follow up, and it was just as lovely.nI got an Uber to and from because parking feels like a nightmare to me!

When I came in , they gave me a warm welcome and talk to me politely. Debbie the front desk officer greeted me with a smile which makes me feel positive after my long hours of travel from my house to the clinic..I came in too early prior my set appointment and they don't let me wait my time, .The doctor specialist who assigned to me are so professional ,delivering diagnosis with clarity and no rush..they explained to everything I-need to know and have to do with such care and consideration…I felt the compassion and genuine cares which makes me leave their office with uplifted spirit ..nnA heartfelt gratitude to Dr.McFadden and Dr.Michael, may you always be blessed with good health

Beautiful facility, caring staff, gorgeous art. Note that you can park underground and it feels as if it's next door, but the elevator brings you right up into the health care centre. Good variety of food options available as well.

I visited this clinic after being advised to come in and meet the surgeon regarding my condition and treatment options. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.nI was seen by a resident doctor GUSTAFSON MATTHEW KARL who went in and out of the room multiple times, which made the consultation feel rushed and disorganized. When I asked about potential complications of the procedure, I was told, “this may sound rude, but I don’t like when patients ask questions.” This was concerning, especially when trying to understand a surgical treatment.nAlthough the procedure was briefly explained, the clinic did not agree to provide a written treatment plan. I was eventually advised to follow up with a family dentist, which I do not currently have. This left me without clear documentation or next steps, despite being asked to come in specifically for this consultation.nOverall, the experience lacked professionalism, clear communication, and basic patient support. I would have appreciated a more structured consultation and openness to answering questions, particularly given the seriousness of the procedure. Avoid going here and approach a better alternative

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we’ve had with Gordon and Leslie Diamond Health Care Centre.nnMy husband has been waiting for over three weeks to be contacted regarding a serious case of intestinal bleeding, and we have yet to receive any follow-up. This is not a minor issue, and the lack of timely response is deeply concerning.nnAttempting to contact the clinic has been equally frustrating. Phone calls often go unanswered, and when we are able to get through, the receptionist has been dismissive and, at times, outright rude — even hanging up before providing any assistance.nnI understand that the healthcare system is under significant pressure and that clinics are often overwhelmed. However, this does not justify the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic patient care we have experienced.nnPatients dealing with urgent and potentially serious conditions deserve better support, clearer communication, and a minimum level of respect.
