Beautiful facility, caring staff, gorgeous art. Note that you can park underground and it feels as if it's next door, but the elevator brings you right up into the health care centre. Good variety of food options available as well.

What an awful experience from the receptionist of Dr. Stockton.nnSo, my appointment was scheduled for this morning and unfortunately, my phone hadn’t charged properly overnight, so my alarms never went off!! The moment I woke up I immediately called the office to explain the situation and sincerely apologize.nnWhat I received in response from the receptionist was nothing short of horrible. Instead of professionalism or even basic courtesy, she was hostile and spoke to me with harshness, raised her voice, and treated me with zero respect. I had calmly explained -twice- what happened and that I was truly sorry for any inconvenience, but she showed no willingness to listen or help find a solution to the issue.nnWhen I asked if there was any way to reschedule, she told me they only operate one day a month odd but ok. I said I was willing to work with whatever schedule Dr.Stockton has — but instead of any help from her, she interrupted and snapped at me. She asked if I could still come in today, and I tried to explain that I had work later and just needed to know if the doctor could actually see me, and when that would be. But, instead of communicating and answering, she cut me off and said, “can you come today or not?!” ... It was like she didn’t even hear what I said, and the way she spoke down to me was shocking. I finally asked what I was supposed to do if she was telling me there were no options and she hung up on me!!nnI understand that missing an appointment can be very frustrating for a clinic. But the way I was treated this morning by the receptionist was brutal, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I did my best to apologize and take accountability, but the hostility I was met with was crazy.nnIt is deeply concerning that someone representing Dr. Stockton would treat patients with such blatant disrespect.nnNo patient deserves to be spoken to this way.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Gordon and Leslie Diamond Health Centre for their outstanding services. The staff are caring, professional, and always attentive to patients’ needs. The environment is welcoming and well-organized, which makes every visit a positive experience. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to the community — it truly makes a difference.

I recently visited the Ortho-Trauma 1 department on the 3rd floor three separate appointments in 2 months and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist staff. On each occasion, they were eating, giggling, and engaging in loud conversations unrelated to their work while patients were waiting. I hope dept managers take steps to improve their demeanor, as their immaturity and “school girl” behaviour is off-putting and concerning in a healthcare setting

A recipient on the 4th floor just flat refused to fax a prescription for us. I explained why I wanted it faxed inreally?. After getting home by riding with the volunteer driver, my husband the patient and I were too tired to go to the pharmacy. I myself is a patient of the lunger centre there, my prescription was faxed a few days ago without asking, yet today we were refused the service.
