Great local haunt. This is a fun place with great staff. Arianne was awesome. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and totally fun. Would definitely recommend trying this place out. Bit of a limited menu compared to some places but the food is really good. If you're in the next neighborhood, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
Awesome pub at the Quality Inn hotel. It's small and cozy with great music and a selection of local craft beers. It's off the main tourist track so that's a bonus.
Great place to hang out and work in the afternoon, grab a pint and appie after work or a few beverages in the evening. Interestingly, this place attracts very different groups based on the time of day. Certainly worth a visit just for the atmosphere and quality of beverages.
I've eaten and drunk here twice, picture is if Poutene with chicken gravey, very yummy. Bar has a good feeling about it, great staff and good choice of non-comercial music playing in the background. If you like a pub which doesn't feel like part of a big chain this is definitely the place for you.
I love this pub. It’s one of my favourites in Victoria. I don’t know if this is too bold, but the Katsu Chicken sandwiches might be one of the best sandwiches in Victoria. The menu is always thoughtful and delicious. Their patio is awesome in the summer and is dog friendly. The staff are awesome even when they’re slammed. Great spot. Keep up the good work
We frequent Smiths quite often such a great summer patio! but we came in last night with a large group for a work party and were served by Rachel. She was fantastic - super friendly and attentive, even on a busy night. Several in our group hadn’t been to Smiths before and were impressed with the drink selection, food, and service and will all be coming back again. Thanks to the whole team for being so consistently awesome!
An awesome place to get a beer with friends or wet your whistle and be with your thoughts. Great beer, excellent music choices and some classic pub fare make this an exemplary downtown bar. It is a little dark and may be heavier on the wallet than one might prefer but overall worth the price of admission
Nice spot near Royal Theatre with a pleasing variety of spirits, beers, wines, etc. Great for a casual hang in the evenings when all the other bars are packed to the T.
Might be our favorite in Victoria to hang out at night! The vibe fits us. Great cocktails and also have taps as well! The bartender was great! Pupus were tasty
