Stayed here for one night after loosing a connection. Check in was fast and the staff was kind enough to give me free late check out 2 PM.nRoom was spacious, nice bed and linens. Shower could be better, it took quite a while to have hot water.nConveniently located 5 minutes from the airport, and with free shuttle to/from the airport.nnOverall a nice quick stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable! It was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed at lately!  Check in and out was fairly easy. The shuttle to and from the airport was great with keeping to schedule. The Eclipse restaurant was okay, there was a kid menu, so that was a bonus for us! Definitely would stay again!nnMy daughter and I loved watching the planes land and take off before bed! There was noise being so close to the airport, but we aren’t bugged by that! Just a heads up in case you are sensitive to sound.

Horrendous. The worst shuttle I've ever seen. Constantly full. Runs every 30 mins only. Can only pick up half the people waiting, all who need a flight. Flown 100s if not 1000s of times. Never seen anything this bad. Insane wait times to check in. Horrible uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. So old and lumpy. A really awful hotel.

Absolutely atrocious service from front desk staff who was requesting my presence for a night that my wife had booked. She is an airline employee and fly standby and she had gotten on an earlier flight while I was scheduled on a later one. Staff was insisting that I must be present to collect our shared points but she had stayed here numerous times 20+ nights and we are Gold without me  being there and it was never a problem. Until of course now. When this rude and condescending front desk clerk denigrated my wife to the point of tears . Certainly not the atmosphere one would want to be welcomed with after an exhausting early morning flight to YUL.   Staff must be taught mutual respect and understanding and it is a downright shame that we consider ourselves rewards members striving to accumulate status only to  be belittled by staff.

Close to airport and parknfly. However the internet is very very slow not fast enough to download shows for the flight and streaming apps on the TV was very choppy , and they increased the parking rate from $20/night in 2023 to $25/night now so it is no longer worth it to park there for a couple nights while you fly out. Rooms are ok,  fairly large and modern. Airport noise until midnight but that is typical for an airport hotel. There was some blood left from previous guest on the duvet cover but the front desk was very prompt to send housekeeping to replace it. Airport shuttles run 30 minutes on the hour and on the half but tend to get full so if you trying to catch the 4am shuttle for your 7 am flight make sure to get downstairs early.
