Rooms clean, bed comfortable. 3-star for the waste of water, the sprinklers outside waste an incredible amount of water, they are not even placed for the flowers beds correctly and spray the whole sidewalk and entrance. There was a river that made it difficult to walk back from the parking. This should be addressed immediately in this day and age, no wasting of water!!
I stayed at the Sheraton and I must everything was perfect. Travelling all day and to hit a delays upon delays, the service and staff at the Sheraton was amazing. Perfect comfort for a good nights sleep and rest. Breakfast was delightful, had two amazing individuals serving who made it all worth it, they did an awesome job in making sure I was satisfied with the service.nnThank you.
We had our yearly event here and the AC wasn’t working in the main hall where we had all our guests 120+ people gathered for when our president was presenting. The room was extremely hot like a sauna and half of the attendees left because of that issue . This is unacceptable when you’re charging premium $ for an event at a respectable hotel. Unfortunately the people who managed the event said it’s being fixed and it never did. Apart from that, location is decent, it’s clean , oh and the lighting in the hotel at the entrances of the elevators are dim and we were told it’s being changed to a brighter led. But all in all it was decent , would we do it again same place, we won’t.
Had an unexpected layover in Montreal and was happily surprised the Airline offered us vouchers for the Sheraton.nI have stayed in Sheratons all over the world in my corporate days a while ago and was pleasantly surprised they are still great.nNo negative comments and a shout out to all personnel at reception and in the restaurant! They were all very friendly and helpful.nHighly recommend it!
Extremely rude staff, asked to speak to the General Manager, have called on numerous occasions, either he is not at work or not available. This could be the main cause of poor customer service. Due to no fault of mine, I was not able to arrive for the first night of my stay, I phoned the hotel tonInform the staff. I was informed I would still have to pay for the first night. So I paid for 2 hotel rooms, different location and denied the points or credit for the stay. As a lifetime titanium member, loyalty only goes one way for this hotel. Avoid at all cost. Needs updated as well.
