Crowne Plaza Montreal Airport

Car theft happens DAILY here! If you don't want your car broken into.. Them avoid this place.. It is known to be ranked as the Top 3 places in Montreal NOT TO PARK YOUR CAR! They don't acknowledge a problem.. They won't install live stream cameras.. And they take ZERO responsibility.. Even their housekeeping are shady.. Avoid this place at all costs.. Maybe when the word gets around more and more through word-of-mouth, They will learn and maybe their losses will affect them enough to say.. "Maybe we should install cameras.." Instead of being selfish greedy owners who only care about profit instead of the security of the customer.. I even hear a lot below (all the 1 star reviews) that toilets are leaking.. Chairs are falling apart.. Rooms need a facelift.. Walls are paper thin and is noisy when there's parties going on and such.. You're better off going to the Hilton if you want a 4 star hotel.

Had a wedding there. Booked room in hotel. Room was located on second floor right over another wedding that was going on. It felt and sounded like the band was playing next to the bed that's how loud it was. Went downstairs to complain. First night manager tells me there are no other rooms. Then he tells me he can give me another room but for a higher price. He informs me that the wedding planners of the wedding factory attached to hotel had chosen those rooms that there was nothing he could do. Then when I informed him that he was not honouring the contract I had signed with him he magically found another room at the same price away from the noise. The wedding was great, food amazing, breakfast the next day outstanding but if you are planning to sleep there make a point of not accepting the rooms over the wedding venues. Everyone was complaining the next day so I cannot believe this is the first time this has happened.

Had a fantastic time at the crown plaza for my sister in law's wedding. The rooms for the ceremony and the reception were lovely. The food was exceptional and so was the service that went with it. My only negative point was weeks before the wedding, when the time came to book a place to sleep, the lady on the phone was rude and hung up on my partner when he inquired about a room with a bigger bed than a double. My partner remained polite throughout the conversation. I can only assume that her attitude was due to the fact that she was talking with a same-sex couple. We did not end up sleeping at the crown plaza.

Big issue at Crowne Plaza Montreal Airport on Cote-De-Liesse has a big lack of security in their parking lot. My vehicle got broken into in under 3 hours of being in parking lot. While filling out report there another person filling out police report that their whole vehicle got stolen from the same parking lot in back. The police informed me that this happens a lot here. The proof is the hotel keeps police reports on hand for people to fill out. The hotel denies any responsibility even though I had nothing signed. We were here at one of their halls for a Christmas party. Their answer is just pass it through my insurance and claim everything. This will make my premium go up because they do not address a problem they know about.

Had a great time every single time I come for events to Emcee at the hotel. Staff was always professional and courteous. The come out with the food on time and it always tastes great. Love them
