Close to PE Trudeau airport. If you are looking for a picturesque hotel within walking distance to restaurants, this is not the place. However, if you need a place to stay that is clean, a good bed and great value, this is your place!nnThe room was squeaky clean! More than adequate for a short stay. For an overnight stay or a few days, it's great!nnI would stay here again. Nothing fancy but easy on the wallet.
Rooms are clean. Good number of electric outlets around the room and next to the bed, and I do love their showers! It's 5 minute drive to variety of restaurants but there's nothing in walking distance, other than the hotel's own restaurant. They have water and snacks for purchase at the reception too.
A motel moonlighting as a 4 hotel.nnFriendly staffnConvenient locationnnBooked an Executive 2 Queen bedroom with sofa.nSticky substance on the floor. Bathroom grout black, smelled like air freshener and urine. Asked for another room and got a smaller one with a chair instead of a sofa and a handicapped bathroom. Reception said there were no other rooms. Compensation for difference in price of the rooms was to take whatever I wanted from the gift shop.nnSecond room- Floor wood panels were separating from each other level large gaps. Floor had debris, constantly taking things off my foot bottom. It was disgusting. Bathroom with black grout in shower area and the entire bathroom titled flooring. Vanity table paint coming off, seems from the moisture and regular use. The bathroom was overall horrendous old and in need of a major upgrade. Bathroom sink was clogged. Room was not cleaned while we were out, towels weren’t changed and sheets weren’t changed. No smart TV.nCouldn’t wait to leave and wouldn’t stay at this motel again unless refurbishednnNot walkable as it’s in an industrial area. Should probably have a car or access to ride share service.nAbout 15 mins drive from airportnNot convenient for food/restaurants, exploration or entertainment, however restaurant and bar on property.
Stayed for 2nights. Service at counter was great! Very inviting! All staff made me feel at home! This consistency is hard to find! The whole team was amazing!nI loved the individual care I was given as well as well as the fact the hotel cares about the safety of their guests.
Great hotel that saved us from a night sleeping at the airport!! After our connecting flight being cancelled last minute, we were struggling to find a hotel that could accommodate us. Novotel was fantastic at helping us secure a room for our party of 4, and were immensely friendly throughout. Special shoutout to the front desk Tony for a speedy check-in and friendliness! The room was wonderful - clean, beds were plush and comfortable, and staff were helpful to get us extra towels. Connected restaurant was good, with kind wait staff. Cancelled flights are never fun, but Novotel made the stay enjoyable. Would definitely come back next time we’re in Montreal!!
