For one night it's close to the airport. Free shuttle. Carrying luggage will be difficult because there is no lift in the hotel. Bring your own water because they don't provide water. A/C is controlled from outside, fan keeps on running.

They advertise having air conditioning and do not. there is no air circulation without opening the window. No bath fan either. If you are not used to heat or humidity you will not be comfortable in one of these rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful but the facility is very run down. They are the most cost effective location I could find but I am not sure the savings were worth the experience.

I just cancelled the reservation with this property. I made the reservation yesterday and I had a special request for an early check in because of my wife is coming from a long flight and travelling with an infant and got a confirmation email from them that my wife can check in by 10:00 am instead of 13:00 but this morning received another email about it that NO so I made a phone call and spoke with the property manager and his name is Mike and he was so rude. Like I mean it so rude. He didn’t even give me a chance to speak and explain and started to curse me so badly and then he said no more reservation for you and it will be cancelled immediately!!! I was really shocked that a property manager speaks with a guest like that so how I can let my wife to stay there?? That’s was so rude and I’ll definitely let all people who I know in Montreal about it. Bad hotel and bad service and very bad manager and it won’t be a pleasure to stay there.

Dont want to say negative but seems it was not clean, or nice room as I was expecting. One of the staff was helpful, rest all always busy or not paying attention on guest requests. main floor is so much noisy, even they talk on receiption desk you can listen them in room, late night guest checkin can distrub the sleep can't help/change that thing. not clean room, NO BREAKFAST, even on 3rd party website it was mentioned breakfast included. Hotel staff said they have already mentioned to 3rd party no Breakfast any more but they have not changed so nothing can be done. not feeling to go back but it was busy hotel I must say. Location is seems good near to airport.

Airport shuttle not 24 hours. Ended up having to walk 30 minutes to the airport as they had no option before 4:00 AM. Walls are very thin. The firmest pillows I have ever encountered. Ended up throwing it aside and sleeping without one. The television along along with the rest of the dated fixtures and finish made me feel like it was 2004 which was kinda neat. Price given the location to the airport is about all this place has going for it.
