Quality Hotel Dorval Airport

Strictly reviewing the long term parking service.n- Close to the airport.n- Parking in the gated area in the back seems safe.n- Courteous people at the front desk who provide you with clear instructions.n-Shuttle service was reliable and we didn't have to wait Iong at around 7PM.

Overall, it's a good hotel. The room was clean but slightly dated. What stands out is the service from the staff, which was excellent.nnMy flight was canceled last night with a 14-hour delay until the rebooked flight. I phoned multiple hotels looking for a room. However, none were accommodating a last-minute booking. Marilena at Quality Hotel found a room for me and arranged shuttle service. On arrival, I was greeted with friendly service and a cold bottle of watertemp was 32 degrees outside.nnI will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Montreal.

Food was good, rooms ok, service needs to improve, Marilena front desk manager was unprofessional and rude, it ruined our experience.

After a frightening experience with sami from the days inn east we had to escape the days inn east the other days was not like this marilena rescued us and set us up in the hotel for the night. We were gretted by friendly faces and excellent attitudes and demeanor . We are happy to have had the opportunity to stay with quality in Montréal. I thank you staff at quality hotel for being so accommodating and friendly after our other experience. I hope if your traveling to Montréal that you can stay at the quality hotel

Someone pulled the fire alarm the night we stayed there. As we needed to be up really early to catch a flight, this was especially uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel reeked of weed.
