Aloft had everything we needed for the night before our flight. Clean rooms comfortable beds. A bar/lounge where we were able to get some dinner. Shuttle pick up right at the front door. Very clean comfy and convenient
Great location and proximity to the airport. My room was perfect and super clean. Only two suggestions for improvement. It would be helpful to have information on the website about the airport shuttle pick up location and schedule. I had a terrible time trying to find the iron and ironing board. Some European hotels use QR codes to give guests extra information about the amenities in their rooms. This could be helpful to avoid any unnecessary calls to the front desk. Overall, it was a great stay.
The air conditioner/ heater was so loud!!! Maintenance came to fix, but hitting didn't fix the problem. The room was so hot because the unit did not work properly. 22 degrees is too hot to sleep in. There was no soap dish, so we had to use a plastic cup or just leave on the bathroom counter. There is only 1 bottle of water for 2 guesses????nHAD to change rooms because the air conditioner/ heater was so loud that we couldn't sleep. We could still hear the poor until through our earplugs.nThe shower head worked very poorly.nNext room holes in the pillow cases. Still 1 bottle of water for 2 guests.nI'm very disappointed considering I'm platinum
The staff is amazing…but Marlee in particular!nnShe is an amazing host/bartender…fantastic conversation, and the best Old Fashioned & 45 I’ve ever had!nnI’m here a lot and it’s just not the same without her working. She’s the reason I come to the hotel to be honest.nnClone Marlee for the other Marriott properties!
Very well located, 5 minutes from YUL. We stayed there ahead of a trip to Dominican the next morning. Easy check-in and check-out process. Only challenge was the parking, it was so full, but managed to park in front of the hotel.
