The experience at Sheen Day Spa was absolutely fabulous! The staff was really nice and professional. I have had a lot of trouble with acnes and scarring and no treatment that I have done before has been both affordable and effective. When I came to Sheen Day Spa, the free skin care consultation helped me make practical skin care goals and I have been working on them ever since! My facial made me feel great about myself and the results are truly visible. I can't wait to go back for another treatment!

Sheen Day Spa surpassed all of my expectations. I left with a sense of confidence and well being that still continues to affect me in my daily life. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for an experience unlike any other.

Excellent customer service and exceptional Dermabrasion treatment, I see a visible difference in my acne scars and bought a package of 6 treatments. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend this treatment.

Absolutely appalling customer service!! Do not waste your time and money going to this spa!! They are rude, unprofessional, and scam their customers! Considering how the spa business runs on customer service you would think they would place a high importance on treating their customers with respect. However, that is the last kind of treatment you will get. If they even respond to you. Do not waste your time on this terrible place.

My fiance and I have had nothing short of a truly TERRIBLE experience in trying to deal with this spa. Do not go here! And do not pre-purchase a package from them as it is a SCAM! We have been trying unsuccessfully to get ahold of them for over 2 months to no avail. They do not answer their phone, they never return calls and the only email response we have had back from them is to inform us that due to the time that has passed since we prepaid for our spa package we must now pay an additional 50$ in order to recieve the treatment we've already paid for! Do not waste your time, money or energy in dealing with this place!!
