I booked a couples float and massage package (Cloud 9, $309) and it was wonderful - more than I expected. Any hesitation I had about trying this experience was instantly put at ease. The location of H2O Float Spa is easy to get to, and the staff were very pleasant and informative. We were provided robes, slippers, and great instructions on how to use the facilities. The spa was very clean, and extremely quiet - peaceful and relaxing. The couples float was fun, and we did not feel claustrophobic. Very easy to use the LED lights or switch to complete darkness. We both fell asleep during our float but heard the staff over the intercom in the room letting us know our float was over. The massages were excellent and both RMT's did a great job. Receipts for insurance were provided. We will definitely be returning and recommending the H2O experience to our friends and family members. Thank you!

Did a float and massage today and just loved loved loved the experience. It took a little while to get my head wrapped around the floating and being an enclosed space and all that. I loved it so much that I spent a good portion of my float thinking about how I could do this more often. Massage was great. The ginger tea was soooooo good as well. Definitely would recommend. I will absolutely be going back!

My wife booked a couples float and massage package for us. The staff was super friendly. The salt water floating was a very surreal and relaxing experience after which I had a 1 hour massage with Hannah who was amazing! I would highly recommend the H2O Float Spa to anyone who needs a relaxing escape for a few hours!

I never knew what relaxing was until I came here. The masseuse was friendly, skilled and knew exactly how to hit all the right spots. It was my first time trying the floatations tank - I was a bit nervous at first but fell into a deep slumber in the second half of my session. The salt made my skin so smooth. The ginger tea after everything was the cherry on top. Facilities were clean and staff were professional. Can't wait to come back again!

I did a float in the open concept room. When you are floating you can hear the subway below because this location is so close to a subway station and I suppose this place is not sound proof. You can also hear people opening and closing doors outside your room and whatever is going on outside of it. Inside my room was a space heater and it was loud but I liked the constant rumbling of it personally. I enjoyed myself still but it is something to keep in mind before you go, you are not going to have complete quiet. If I was thinking about doing this regularly I would not come to this location to do it. Also if you have eczema or a similar skin condition you will not want to come here, it will irritate it and it will dry you out.
