Spring Day Spa & Wellness Centre

I have coming o Sandy & her team for almost 8 years. I used to go to the old location but wow, their new location is so much better. The attendants are very friendly and professional and you can't beat the prices. The new location has a steam room and sauna to relax in, everything is brand new and up to date and if you have time, go for the Vichy shower. I never new what a Vichy shower was but you lie out on a bed like bath while the attendant exfoliates you from head to toe. I highly recommend this after a massage They ask you if you have any issues and provide the proper type of massage to address it. Many of their services are covered by my insurance company and they are very good at notifying me if I'm reaching my treatment limits. Just a great place with great people and I'm happy I stumbled on it. I would recommend it to anyone!

I was in yesterday for a massage and all I can say is my tight shoulders don’t feel so tight anymore. Gabriela was very professional and able to release the tension in my shoulders. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again Gabriela! - Allie

Sandy is probably the best masseuse I’ve ever had (with having long-term references after living in South-East Asia) - plus she voluntarily stayed afterhours to give me a massage since it was my birthday. Sandy - thank you so much!

Better than excellent. Such friendly staff to make you feel totally at ease at ease and relaxed mixed with a lovely ambiance makes Spring Day Spa my favorite in Toronto

If you’re looking for that “relaxing spa experience” just spend the extra $50 at a well-known big spa - we have great options out there. It was a special day and I wanted to treat myself to a facial and massage. After reading the great reviews and seeing the specials they had online, I decided to give it a try. Usually when you go to a spa you have time to unwind while you sip some tea and fill out the form. Not there. No unwinding, no tea, no form. Nobody asked me if I had any allergies or health conditions. First red flag. I was sent to a treatment room - again no changing into a comfy robe and sleepers or lockers for your belongings. Just get undressed and lay under the sheets, like a clinic. The massage was okay, but not relaxing as the masseuse was chatty - and the place itself not very silent, as I could hear the movement and other people outside of my room. This was an aromatherapy massage - but I didn’t really feel or smell any essential oils. When the massage was over, for my surprise the same person was also responsible for my facial. Again, the facial was okay but since I have clear skin I asked her to not go so hard on the extraction, which was completely ignored. I’ve mentioned again that I had an event that evening and I couldn’t afford to be all red, and she just responded “put some make-up on”. I did feel my skin nice and clean after, but three days later I had many breakouts. When was time to leave, I was almost forced to tip. We all know that it’s spa etiquette to tip around 18-22%, but for the first time I was actually told by the receptionist as she was passing me the machine that I HAD to tip. A little note for you: Tip is customary, but not mandatory. Maybe this is a good place if you’re looking for a quick service at a reasonable price. My bad for expecting the actual spa experience.
