Booked the 60 min massage package with my aeroplan points from their website. Booked the appointment with reception a few days out and told them the deal, no problem come on out. My gf gets their to redeem the gift card and they wont accept. Apparently new management took over and this location wont accept it. The location is specifically listed on the deal ! Very rude staff, wont assist and told me to call aeroplan. Will never go back to a Caesars spa again and will have to have it out with aeroplan over this as well. Waste of points.

The atmosphere & staff were great. I've read about how other 1 star reviews complained about trying to be up sold through out their experience. BUT i found that as long as I was polite & clear in not wanting any of that until the end they were respectful & courteous. There is 100% a language barrier which makes it harder for conversing & can be mistaken for bad service.BUT, my wife & I got along fine with the staff (gave them high 5s) ONLY SUGGESTION, provide slippers for guests.
