elmspa is a hidden gem situated just blocks from Cabbagetown and Yorkville. An offspring of the acclaimed Elmwood Spa, this boutique spa offers exclusive treatments for women and men in a zen-inspired environment.

With seven specialized treatment rooms, two steam rooms, an infrared sauna, rain shower and garden terrace area, elmspa approaches health and well-being holistically, integrating ancient Eastern therapies with the latest Western techniques. Spa services include facials, massage, body treatments, manicure & pedicure treatments and waxing services. A complimentary infrared sauna session is included with your spa service(s).

There is a special kind of magic with each of our Signature Services, including: LI’TYA, inspired by Australian Aboriginal Healing Techniques; Siam treatments, based on traditional Thai healing rituals combining heat, herbal remedies and traditional massage; and Sea Flora, based on the power of infrared sauna and Wild Organic Seaweeds and Lava Shells from the Pacific Ocean.

The combination of natural woods with water features and zen pebbles -- the spas signature décor – makes this a truly unique space to soothe the body and soul.
