I’ve been going to Service Ontario in Orleans for years now, whether it’s to renew my driver’s license, health card, or in the past vehicle plates. Over the years, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in their customer service, and it’s become a much smoother and more pleasant experience compared to before.nnMost recently, I took my twin daughters to renew their health cards, and I was honestly impressed with how efficient the process was. Even though the place was packed, we were in and out in no time! The staff handled the crowd professionally, moving through customers quickly while still being polite and attentive.nnOne thing I really appreciate about this location is how organized they’ve become. The waiting area, although busy, is well-managed, and the process is streamlined, so you’re not left feeling frustrated or wondering what to do next. The staff are approachable and ready to help if you’re unsure about paperwork or have questions.nnAnother improvement I’ve noticed is their overall attitude. The workers seem friendlier and more patient than before, which makes a huge difference, especially in a government office where you often expect long waits and rushed service.nnThe location itself is convenient, with plenty of parking available nearby, which adds to the ease of getting things done. The cleanliness and overall upkeep of the space also stand out—it’s well-maintained and creates a welcoming environment for visitors.nnOverall, my experiences at Service Ontario in Orleans have been getting better and better. From renewing driver’s licenses and health cards to other services, I’ve consistently been impressed with how efficient and professional they’ve become. This latest visit with my daughters really highlighted how much effort they’re putting into improving customer satisfaction. Great job to the team there!

This office provides excellent service.nThe staff is well trained and know how to provide solutions while respecting all provincial legal guidelines.nThe older lady with blond hair and bangs who sits in the second chair is excellent. She is obviously highly experienced and provided very professional service. She assisted me in an efficient manner and resolved issues quickly and correctly.nThe waiting time was surprisingly short, even if the line up went outside. Since the staff know what they are doing, it goes rather quickly.nThe only improvements which could be made to that center is perhaps a few more places for disabled persons to sit.nHopefully this centre remains as such!n

Service was quick with short waiting time, this is appreciated! Just had a basic renewal with hiccups.nEmployee named Raghad was awful and had a terrible attitude, zero basic customer service skills and no courtesy. No hello even!

If I could rate them -0 stars I wouldnDo yourself a favour and AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!nThe women at this location are horrifically rude and miserable. This is my second experience being treated poorly & wasting hours of my time.nThey provide you with useless information.nUpon booking my road test I was told directly by Drive Test Ontario to go to this location to renew a license for a temporary use, and upon repeating that information at the desk I was treated like an absolute idiot.nOn Google it also clearly states that this location can provide with the exact service I needed.nThey are incredibly condescending,nas I was walking away from the desk, the woman mumbled under her breath that I was giving her attitude -njust for repeating the direct information I was given by DRIVE TEST ONTARIO.nAbsolutely pitiful display of professionalismnI’ve worked in customer service for most of my life and the service provided here is disgusting.nThey have THE worst customer service skills I’ve ever experiencednNo wonder their rating is 3.9nA direct reflection of their pathetic abilities.nThey are absolutely HORRIBLE at their jobs

In my experience, this individual has consistently displayed discriminatory behavior toward people of different ethnicities, backgrounds, or appearances. Rather than offering the respectful and impartial service expected from a government office, she appears to single out individuals unfairly and treat them with hostility.nnHer attitude is unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. She lacks basic courtesy, tolerance, and the communication skills required to serve a diverse public. I am truly surprised that someone with such behavior has been allowed to continue representing Service Ontario.nnService Ontario is a place where people come for essential public services not to be humiliated, mistreated, or dismissed without cause. The presence of staff like her damages the credibility of your organization and contradicts the values of equity, respect, and professionalism that Canadians expect.nnI strongly urge management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure all staff members uphold the standards of respectful and fair service.
