Monday, August 18, 2025nnWe arrived early to ensure we could get an X-ray because, according to the web site, x-rays are walk-in only and the clinic reserves the right to close the clinic if the walk-in clinic exceeds capacity. It motivated us to arrive much earlier than my wife's scheduled appointment.nnThe front desk staff members were polite and professional. They processed my wife and, a few minutes later, called her into the walk-in clinic for her x-ray.nnDuring her x-ray while she was still in the examination room, a technician called her name for her appointment. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. Thank you for your support.

I had to go for an x-ray, you cannot make an appointment, so I showed up when they opened at 8 AM. We were third in line. When we got up to the counter, they said we had to sit down because they were serving the people who had Appointments first. That is totally unfair. I showed up early because I have an injury and I cannot stand very long. It should be first come first served in that order. It would’ve taken them two minutes to write down my name to say I was the first one for x-rays. I’m Going to speak to my doctor about going to another Place. That was totally unfair. I have been there for other tests and when you have an appointment, it’s very efficient, but the x-ray system was extremely disappointing.

Haven’t even been able to get an appointment. I walked in for the WALK-IN x-ray and they looked at me and took my form like it was the hardest task in the world. Gave it right back to me and said the x-ray tech is gone for the day. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and it says no where that it closes early. She told me to come back Tuesday. I went back Tuesday during my lunch. This girl told me I can’t do an x-ray because I have also an ultrasound as well so she would need to schedule me an appointment. That fine… why did the other girl not do her job?! Then I book it is for the following week and their hours are horrible if you work. I work 7-3 and asked for a 3:00 appointment and she said it’s not possible as the tech goes home at 3. Again, no hours on the website that says that. This is booked in, then at 10:00PM the night before my appointment, they call to confirm it. At 9:15AM the day of my appointment, they call to tell me it’s cancelled because the tech didn’t come in and that I need to reschedule it for APRIL!! It’s February! This is ridiculous and I asked the guy for a sooner appointment if possible and he told me I could go to a different clinic and have it one day sooner. And then he also gave me attitude on the phone… sure give me attitude, I’m sure he is fed up with a terrible technician too. These people are in the medical field and treating patients like it’s a luxury to get an appointment. Not sure how they have 3.9 start rating here because many people I’ve spoken to about this place agree that they have had disgusting experiences here too.nnUPDATE:nCame today for my X-ray… big shock the X-ray tech isn’t in! But still no apology or anything from the admin person. Incredible how terrible this place is.nnSECOND UPDATE:nGot the x-ray and the technician said a rude comment regarding me rating online… so unprofessional it’s insane. Like if you have a problem with the truth being said then maybe change your bad habits.

Breaking news announcement. We have modern technology called the internet. Use your website and make these updates on the site rather than a sign on a door. People take time away from their day…this was extremely inconvenient
