Booked an appoint for Oct 3. Received confirmation call evening of Oct 2. Received cancellation email morning of Oct 3. Replied to email as directed to reschedule, no reply, called and left call back # only option, no reply. Called Oct 4 to reschedule, no reply. Called Oct 6, no reply, called Oct 7, no reply. Emailed Oct 8 to cancel and told them I would post 1 star review.nnWill never use them again and will share my experience with doctors at my clinic and advise them to recommend a different service.

I came to this location twice in the past week. One for a X-ray where Sophie helped me and another today for an ultrasound and Al Rawi helped me. Both visits were fantastic. Both ladies were very professional, thorough and kind. The staff at reception was very pleasant to interact with as well. The office moved very efficiently. No one seemed to wait long at all. Thank you to the wonderful team of professionals. I will certainly return to this office in the future.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous at Orleans Imaging. Oleana the receptionist went out of her way to ensure I got both requisitions taken care of and Victoria the Ultrasound technician was knowledgeable, fast and kind. Highly recommend! *****

I went for an ultrasound and the lady was very rude, rough and threatening in a very disrespectful way. I never experienced this in my life. I was shaking because of the way she was talking to me and I asked her to be more gentle since I felt that for no reason she was being very rough and disrespectful. When I did she denied and ordered to me to get undressed and get out of the room and that she wasn’t going to do the exam for me. I did so because i figured that was the best since option as I honestly didn’t trust that the exam was going to be done professionally anymore. She asked me to stand up and separate my legs and she yelled at me when I didn’t do it the way she expected. Horrible experience. She didn’t consider that I am experiencing pain in my feet and legs as I stand up and walk; that is the reason for my exam. Poor seniors that have to deal with this lady.
