I don't understand why some of the reviews are so negative. It's incredibly clean, honestly the cleanest imaging center I've seen in Ottawa so far. When you first enter if someone is with you there's a lovely seating area downstairs by the entrance with bistro tables, regular tables and even a sink an open concept kitchen for handwashing.nnOnce you go inside it's spotless with comfortable waiting area. The reception staff a young man was so welcoming and got me in right away. Everyone was very kind and the technician who performed my ultrasound, named Usame was amazing! He was so kind and informative, answering all my questions patiently not the results lol.nnThe best part is that they have an app where you can access all your images. Plus in a week for just 20 bucks they provide both the images and your results for your personal records, which is fantastic!nnA place that works this professionally really deserves a good review! I just finished my scan and am leaving a review right away. I came on a friend's recommendation and am so glad I did it! I'm leaving feeling happy and I hope my results are great too.

They took the time to explain each step of the procedure as it was happening, which helped me feel informed and comfortable.nMy appointment started right on time and lasted exactly as expected, showing great respect for my schedule. Most importantly, the team consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.nThe professionalism, compassion, and attention to patient care were truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a supportive and caring experience.

Premier Imaging is very clean, organized, and well maintained. The facility itself made a good first impression.nnMy experience, however, felt very rushed. Every interaction seemed focused on moving from one step to the next, with little warmth or personal connection. The staff were professional, but there wasn’t much kindness or reassurance throughout the process. It felt more like being moved through an assembly line than being cared for as a patient.nnI understand medical imaging clinics are often very busy, but a simple smile, a friendly greeting, or taking a moment to make patients feel at ease would make a significant difference. Overall, the technical side of the experience seemed fine, but the patient experience could be much more compassionate.

I visited Premier Imaging to have an ultrasound on the arteries in my legs. The receptionist was so excellent! Thank you!nMy major complaint is concerning Serguay who was my technician. I feel that the treatment that I received from him was uncalled for and totally unprofessional!!nHe was ok until he pointed to the bed and said lie down. I am 77 years old with a bad back and a leg that has a serious permanent injury and laying flat on my back is not easy for me. Usually they ask what they can do to help me. Serguay just said lie down again and not even a trace of empathy in his voice! I tried to lie down and asked if he could adjust the bed or give me something for under my knees. Not even a response to this except if you want this done you have to lie down! I did and suffered! His way of combating this was to speed up the exam! But this only made it worse for me. May I add that Serguay wore a mask and had a thick Russian accent and I told him that I had a hearing loss and hearing aids in my ears but nothing changed his making sure that I could hear!nAll the other times that I have gone to other clinics they have been so understanding! When he was examining my left leg, he leaned on my bad right injured leg which was so painful!! I told him and he said move your leg so I can finish! I was both extremely sore and totally exhausted after he finished.nI sat on the edge of the bed for a bit at the end as he was happy to help me up to go He said are you dizzy? I said no that I was a bit worried to get up as I have had times when I literally cannot move because of my back! He said well take your time Then I said that I would rather try. I turned and I believe that I said something concerning how I had been treated but realized that he just wasn’t listening! He said time to go. Just follow me!! He led me down the hallway to the waiting room. I walked behind with my cane and held the wall for additional support! He went to the end of the hall and waited for me to leave! He asked if I had someone waiting…a first sign of savility! I was done a half hour before they said that I would be done because he would not even try to help me to be more comfortable for the test.nI was shaking when I left! I experienced pain that could have been helped with just a little empathy and understanding and small usual helpful things like adjusting the bed and a pillow or a block for under my knees! I do not like to make an issue as I am a complete fan and appreciate our health workers but his attitude should not be something that we must endure because of our shortage! I will never be a bother to Serguay or the clinic again as I would rather wait to go to another clinic where they value their patients and treat them in a civil manner.

Did an abdominal and internal ultrasound and it was the fastest ultrasound I have ever done. The technician was very dry. I have adenomyosis and fibroids based on the many previous ultrasounds done at other places and yet this technician sent the ultrasound results as “normal” to my doctor which is completely false. This is misleading and dangerous for patients. Otherwise front desk were nice and xray technician was lovely.
