ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NONE. NO ONE. you wont be able to find anyone to help you on the floor. Only cashiers working so its basically self help. I had to leave because i couldnt lift 5 boxes of tiles on my own. On my way out i overheard some lady ask her husband where help is. I told them there is none. I stood around for half an hour waiting for help even when i asked and sought help.

The shop is understaffed, some employees seem lost. But once in a while you will find someone that can help you. The best folk that work there are in the lumber yard section, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall they have good selection.

I had a great experience at this location. I had Danny who helped us figure out how to fix our door lock. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He made our day!!! Thank you so much. Appreciate it!

Asked one woman working on the floor where the trailer coupler locks were located and she told me they didn't carry those. The Rona website stated that particular store had 2 in stock. So instead of giving up, I asked a gentleman working at the customer service desk. He pointed me in the right direction and I found the item I was looking for easily. If one employee isn't very helpful try someone else.

Went there today no help, when sdked a question salesperson didnt k ow yhe answer. Everything we looked for from plumbing fixtures to lumber. You had nothing and no help! Drove sll the way to homedepot. Surprise! They had everything i needed. Guess I'm shopping there next time!
