Roma Furniture - Furniture & Mattress Store in Coquitlam

WORST PLACE EVER to buy furniture from. Bunch of ***. They ripped me off by taking the 25% restocking fee ($400), which was in the fine print, out of the $1600 amount of the dinning set I bought back in September and was told will arrive Nov 1st. Delivery got delayed! then delivered to my house which I refused to accept as the chairs were all dancing and need to be adjusted. They promised to fix it but got delivered again with same problems and even more tears in the fabric which was unacceptable. The ***, I mean the owner T.J. and his "manager", Azam, were very rude and insisted that I have to take the dinning set or lose the 25% restocking fee or go to the COURT!!!. Well, I have nothing else to say except enjoy the sinful money you took from me you bunch of ***. DOES NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR, but had to put a star to able to post a review.

My sales guy - Azam - helped me pick out th the perfect kitchen set and it arrived exactly as scheduled and the guys setting it up where quick and efficient. This will be my first stop when I need more furniture

Just bought some furnitures to our new home in Vancouver. The Salesman Azam is very experienced and excellent attitude. Furnitures are good quality and good price . Appreciate. 😊🙏🌅

Very happy with our Leathercraft Louisianna chesterfields ordered with Roma. They kept us up to date with the delivery timeline and their delivery folks didi a great job getting these sofas through some tight spots and into our 1950s bungalow.

My mother purhased a bed set and it was lovely! Mr. Azam had helped us, his assistance and service was friendly and very accomidating! Really appreciate their great customer service thank you again!
