The Foam Shop Surrey

As a college student that sits at a desk for hours of the day, comfort and posture is very valuable. Evelyn was knowledgeable and patient while helping me pick the right kind of foam for my needs. Prices were reasonable and I left with a sturdy pressure relieving cushion and a back hugger that I imagine will last me the next few years at the very least. A great investment for the study area!

After spending a year in a new bed, and waking up with a sore back,I decided to research foam beds. My quest for a good night sleep brought me to the Foam Shop. I wasn't "sold" a bed, I was educated on the benefits of a foam bed. I choose a Harmony Natural bed, made from natural latex,covered in organic cotton. I've slept well,feel no movement from my husband,wake up with no aches! Great buying process from initial contact to delivery.

We recently purchased a foam mattress for my father as well as one custom made to replace the mattress in our travel trailer. Evelynn was awesome and extremely helpful in making our decisions of which mattress to purchase. She measured our old trailer mattress and created a new one for us. Never slept better camping. Thanks

We bought a cloud 9 mattress topper for our bed and removed it from the air tight bag only to be hit with a noxious odor. We put it on our bed and tried it for one night, but the fumes made my wife sick. We called the dealer (The foam shop) who advised us to air it out for a few days. We put the topper in our back bed bedroom for 5 days with a fan blowing on it and it still stunk, so we made a rack and put it on the back deck for 2 days so air could get all around it and it still stunk! We read on the internet that you can get rid of the odor in memory foam by spraying it with woolite, rinse with water, spray on vinegar, rinse with water and then gently roll up and squeeze the water out. DO NOT DO THIS because when we rolled the mattress topper up, it broke in to several pieces. We called the dealer (The foam shop) who said “to bad, now you will have to buy another one” Buyer beware - if you buy this Topper,or any memory foam product smell the odor, if it the odor offends, send it back because it won’t get any better. The worst retail experience I’ve had in over 10 years

I would like to take this opportunity to give a formal "thank you" to your employee at the Surrey store. We bought a beautiful new couch in March last year, unfortunately the foam they used collapsed within a month and they would not honour the warranty. We finally gave up and went into The Foam Shop in Surrey, where we met and dealt with your Store Manager. She was extremely professional, explained all our options, and helped us make our decision.
