Costco Wholesale

Visited this location since we were already in Scarborough and couldn’t make it to our usual Costco before closing. It was near closing time, and most of the meat section was out of stock, which was a bit disappointing but understandable.nnThey had a good collection of clothing available. This is one of the busiest Costco locations I’ve been to — very crowded overall. Also waited around 20 minutes in line for gas.nnOverall, a well-stocked and active location, but expect heavy crowds, especially in the evening.

This Costco is complete madness on the weekends. Takes 15min to enter parking lot, 20min to find parking, 20min to checkout, and 15min to leave parking lot. Sample stations are hounded by hoards of people. Great store as always if you don’t mind the crowds. I salute the employees. I’ll stick with Oshawa stores.

Do not order from the hot counter, the store itself is good but the crew behind the hot counter has no perception of quality service. My pizza was served to me cold as I to wait for another pizza to be made for a single cheese slice. The cheese slice was hot and perfect but the entire pepperoni pizza was room temp at best. Will rethink ordering from that specific hot counter as the rest rest of the Costco hot counters are fast and provide customer quality care.

Yesterday 2/19 about 2 to 4 PM I went to Costco at Warden and Ellesmere, and found the parking lot submerged in ice and snow sludge everywhere. It was a horrible experience. Of course the ice and snow the day before on Wednesday was messy, but the snow stopped on the same night. Thus it was unacceptable that the snow ice was not removed in time. It was a terrible experience to navigate my shopping trolley to my car from the shop, wadding through those puddle. Not only was it hard to push through, my shoes and feet were soak up in water and ice as I finally got on my car. I'm not alone! Expect better management! Thanks!
