Very good prices if you need in bulk, I usually buy nuts beans, dried fruits, soft drinks and poultry when I have gatherings. Fruits are fresh. Clean and cold environment :

Had to give a shout out to the staff here. Always a pleasant to interact with!nnIt is nice they have spots for larger cargo vans and such. Parking closer to the entrance doors can be hectic otherwise. I like to park further and walk. The warehouse has good options and stock.nnThe layout for checkouts can get messy. Some lines end up in the snacks area so if you are trying to browse someone might blindly turn into you. Attached a pic as an example. Seen some not so beuno scenarios by the buenos. They do open up more lanes to clear the lines asap.nnWould be nice if they had a smaller mini food court/hot dog stand?

I purchased a box of Texas burger pat at the business center an hour ago. On the box, it showed 40 beef burgers in a box, however, there are 38 pieces. I couldn't find any email address to ask them about it, and they didn't pick up the phone. Do I have to spend my hours and gas to return this?

I have not visited this location in quite some time, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The store did not open on time, resulting in a line of waiting customers. When I raised this concern with management, I was met with excuses rather than accountability, which does not reflect well on the leadership.nnAt checkout, the service was equally unsatisfactory. The counter had liquid on it, and the cashier began placing my items down without first cleaning the surface. I had to request that it be wiped, which should be a basic standard of customer care. Apologies from staff felt insincere and dismissive, lacking genuine customer service.nnOverall, the level of service at this location has noticeably declined. It leaves the impression that customer experience is no longer a priority, which is very disappointing.
