Best dealership ever! I have been traveling across the city for over 10 years to have my vehicle serviced with the Scarborough Nissan team and specifically with Anthony A as my Service Consultant. I had been to another dealership for service with a truly sub par experience, so I was already skeptical when I first walked thru the door. But Anthony has repeatedly demonstrated his commitment to superior customer service over the years with honest and trustworthy advice at every appointment. If you're looking for a service dealership to trust... look no further than Scarborough Nissan and ask for Anthony!

Ryan Chiu, Business Manager, was the most knowledgeable and friendliest person I've ever dealt with in the automobile industry. He was down to earth, he understood my needs and was able to answer any questions of concern I had. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had! I will definitely be going back to him when considering purchasing new vehicles again in the future!

I purchased my second car from this DS today. I had a very positive experience with Azeem ( Sales Consultant) and Ryan (Business Manager ) and the general manager . I would give them 5 stars if they had a business oriented sales manager like the rest of the team. By the way if you go to service department ask for Anthony ( he is very professional and knowledgeable)

Worst dealership ever. Had a terrible experience here. Until this time I thought Nissan is a good company and this dealership changed my mind. And it seems like I am not the only one with this opinion, many people has the same idea as me. I really wish these was a zero or negative star as this dealership dies not even deserve 1 star. Very unprofessional and poor management. The customer service is awful. I suggest Nissan Canada close this branch or change the GM to improve it. The management needs another job and is in a completely wrong position. The dealership GM does not know the basic management skills as well as he does not know the company’s own policy and I had to keep reminding him if what Nissan Canada’s policy is. So disappointing!

Fantastic to say the least! Sales person(Bryan), business manager (Ryan Chu) are the most helpful and professional and friendly guys I’ve ever encountered while I was at any dealership...I very strongly recommend visiting this particular dealership and you will walkout fully satisfied and also with a quality vehicle.
