Welcome to Donway Ford, we are located at 1975 Eglinton Avenue East; South side of Eglinton Ave. and East of Warden Ave. Our sales department carries a full line up of Ford, and Lincoln vehicles; as well as commercial trucks. We are also an SVT certified dealership, therefore we carry a wide range of Mustangs and special performance vehicles. Our friendly and helpful service staff will be pleased to assist you with the regular maintenance of your vehicle or any other mechanical issues. Our body shop wil also be glad to assist in any body repair concerns, and/or detailing of your vehicle. I went in to purchase a van for my business.  I was completely dismissed.  Instead a sales rep gave me a look over and told the receptionist to hand me some brochures and news articles of this very sales rep.  I tossed them in the sales lot and went over to Scarborough 
Toyota where I was taken seriously and bought my vehicle there.   Don't waste your time if they cannot be bothered.  Highly recommend Scarborough Toyota.

Very nice people there (front office and sales) but terrible at fixing cars. You think the dealership has ford specialists, but half the time they don't know what they're doing. They have one senior that "oversees" all the kids working there, joy riding cars in the back. No care at all. Also a few times fixing my car they damaged other parts while half-a**d fixing the rest. Kept having to go back again and again until I took out my own tools and fixed my own car. No more dealerships. You think you pay the premium price for specialists but all you get are amateurs carelessly damaging your vehicle. Private trusted family-owned mechanics are the way to go. If you're going there you're probably getting ripped off.

So I got a 2015 Ford F-150 today from donway Ford and I got full help from an awesome helpful dude named Julian Autar he worked his ass off to find me the best truck for me and kept me in the loop with every truck he found. I couldn't have asked for better service I completely and 100% recommend Donway Ford. Thank you everyone and Julian for the amazing service keep it up !!!!!!!

Fantastic Dealership, I Dealt with the salesperson Anjum and he was Great the whole experience! He insured I was comfortable and in the right hands. The Finance team worked very hard to get the terms I was interested in I came in to buy a Used 2015 F-150 and I left in a New 2017 F-150. I purchased the day before my birthday and as a little gift they got it ready and plated for me the next day on my birthday! The entire Dealership is friendly as well no matter who you talk to it’s just good conversation. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Again, Fantastic work!

We went there yesterday for two drive test and possibly buy a Focus.The Sales person Anjum said that it was busy day and we had to book an appointment for some other time. When we told him that we are busy during the week and can't make it he said that then sorry. He didn't even bother to see if they could possibly find the car we wanted to drive for the next few hours or even ask for our information for a followup. 
We had a very positive experience from one of their brand manager, Gary two years ago and that was the reason we drove all the way to that dealership. We ended up going to East Court DS and had a very positive experience there.
