UPDATE: After posting the below review, I eventually got the level of service I expected. I also waited until the following post winter service to update this review, and again I had a much better experience. I am happy with how my complaint was taken seriously and I hope to continue bringing my car here. ____ Been trying to book a service appointment for weeks. Nobody answers the phone, and nobody returns our calls. Abysmal. I've seen plenty of positive reviews about the service department at Scarboro Kia, but I doubt their legitimacy based on my experience so far. I had driven only VWs for 10+ years and never had this sort of experience at the dealer where we had them serviced. Even during their busiest times, we would get a response within 24hrs.

Went to get my coils changed as well as my spark plugs but they wanted to charge me a full hour install (only takes 5 minutes when the coils are off) plus wanted to charge me $27 per spark plug which would have been about $240 just for the spark plug change. Not only that but they didn't even install the coils properly and forgot to add the dialectic grease for the coils. Thankfully my regular mechanic fixed everything and did the plugs as well for a cheaper price. Plus they found an issue with my suspension which Kia didn't even look for as a standard check, and my rear brakes were seized which Kia also missed. Thankfully I have a great mechanic at Laird Auto who do things right the first time and check to make sure your car is safe.

Recently bought a Kia Rio from Scarboro Kia. Raj was amazing throughout the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I would definitely recommend Raj and Scarboro Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle. When the time comes I will certainly be back! Thank you Raj!

Excellent customer service! I bought the new KIA Stinger from Scarboro KIA. Raj and Rob were extremely helpful during the entire purchase process. It was immediately apparent that they are car enthusiasts themselves. It was a great pleasure to talk about the car with them and make the right choices. Thank you guys. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy a KIA.

GREAT SERVICE! Tania helped me feel comfortable when buying my first car. She guided me through it all and made the process easy. She was very welcoming when I walked in and even texted me to give me updates on my car. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a Kia to go see her! Thank you Tania for your great service!
