My customer service experience was the worst. This had happened to me twice my child was spoken to very rudely both times. Yes, it was my mistake going there a second time. It's true that this place is cheap but overrated as they sell poor quality stuff. Winners / Joe Fresh are way better. I wanted to post this to discourage such a business who don't know basic manners especially if they are rude to children.
Extremely unprofessional behavior by whoever was in charge of closing shop at closing time today. I called around 620pm and asked if they'd be open when we get there from a distance 35 minutes away, and they said they would be open only till 7pm and not a minute later. So we rushed to reach there at 655pm and called to tell them we're just entering the town center plaza. The same lady answered and said she was just leaving the shop as they decided to close early today. Then she hung up when I requested that before leaving, if she could just hand me the one item I drove 35kms for. Really disappointed in having scheduled the entire family's day around this pick up, and not having been able to get what we needed.
So happy I found this store. Unbelievable prices. Sam goes out of his way to helpful. Best prices no other store can compare. Don't know how they do it. I feel as if I am shopping in NJ. Please don't move again. Lol.
Never disappoints. Great deals. I mainly buy clothes from here to wear at home, they're not the most stylish but perfect for home wear.
The worst store based on the staff behavior. The lady staffs are very rude. Their expression , what they talk to us everything feels like we are there to beg. Price and products are really good. but the staff behavior make us feel never go to the store ever again. sometimes they put less prices in some products and when we go to the cashier , they says it is by mistake. As a customer we spent our valuable time to make purchase and come to a decision to make the purchase based on price and all. everything changes on billing. Either we have to pay the higher amount or we have to leave the product.

The prices in this place are incredible! Large assortment of clothing including NHL NBA, NFL and CFL gear, coats, winter gear, bedding, cologne, you name it! Inventory is always changing so check back often!
No ladies clothing variety, a lot of good deals. Its improving day by day, now alot of ladies clothing options and home decor options are awesome
Don't agree with comments saying staff is rude or that quality is low. It's not Versace or Chanel, it's discount merchandise so shouldn't expect 5 star treatment by staff. I've shopped here several times and have been amazed by some of the deals. Never had a problem with quality. I've purchased several sweatshirts, sweat pants, tshirts, and couple of jackets which I wear often without complaint. Prices are very low on most items. East York Town Center is a big store, hidden in basement. Worth the trip down the stairs, or use back door from area where public washrooms are which has elevators. Hidden gem which I will definetly revisit.
They have a larger store now. Very good prices and sometimes you can find some good items. Not so busy right now but once the store gets more popular they should have more traffic.
