Action Honda

I have bought 3 cars from Ali Talukder and they were all brand new cars 2016-2018(most recent a 2018 odyssey). Buying from him always reassures me that I'm getting the best deal and value for my money. He's very humble and he looks at your needs, more than selling you a car that you can't afford. Honestly as long as he's there I will keep continuing to come back to buy a Honda from Ali. So if you're in the market from a Honda, talk to him first... he'll always give you the best car shopping experience possible.

Garbage service and outright liars. I lost my keys and needed a new copy. The locksmith needed the “lock code” to make a new key. I bring my ownership, license and insurance to get the code. These guys tell me it’s illegal to give the code away. Which is a lie. I had to go to north York Honda and it took them 2 mins to confirm I was the owner and gave me the code.

My brother and I went to action Honda to look around for a new car and since we live right by it thought it would be a good idea to just check out the neighbourhood Honda dealership. Went in and got greeted by this really friendly salesperson named Frankie. He greeted us with a smile, offered us drinks and treated like a VIP guest. We asked him all the info about not 1 but 2 cars to compare and see which would be the best deal and best pair for us. All along he was very patient, super friendly answered all the questions we had and didn't force us to buy a car that day. He said take ur time and have a good thought of it and when we are ready, we can just come back and seal the deal. I have been to many different dealerships but every salesperson try to sell or shove the shove the car down your throat but he was different. We were so impressed with his amazing customer service and politeness. After a week or two of thinking my brother bought the Honda CR-V 2017 from Frankie and he right along with us to help and guide us for everything we needed help with. THE BEST SALESPERSON I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. He should get an award for customer service and I see why his desk is right near the entrance door so everyone gets the best service they deserve. Great experience will definitely come back👍

Worst place to do business with and the customer service is horrible. You can get that feeling the moment you call. I took my car in for an oil change after confirming with them it only takes an hour. After waiting an hour I went and asked it is possible to get the shuttle home, they replied me saying the driver is on brake and I can walk home if it is closer and it's negative 15 outside while I can see the shuttle driver bringing customers in and out. After waiting for 2 hours I left without doing the oil change. I will never recommend anyone this place.
